To register and use ta365, you must meet all of the following conditions:

All financial transactions on ta365 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit channels include Philippine local bank transfer and supported e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. ta365 does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as deposit or wagering payment methods.

Deposits are credited to your ta365 account once the transaction is confirmed through the relevant payment channel. ta365 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

• You may only withdraw funds to payment accounts registered in your own name.

• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your personal details.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded.
